You will enjoy your own private residence, in the form of a residential retreat, set in luxurious surroundings where your customised health care program takes place. Our homes provide 24/7 clinical support throughout detox, with registered nurses, dedicated care staff, personal chefs and private drivers at your service.

We can assist you to get to any of our locations, once you decide Zen Private is for you. We can arrange for one of our senior support staff to accommodate you from your home to our private residence and assist you with packing, managing your affairs and serving as a travel companion on your journey to healing.
We will also pick you up from Ballina Byron Gateway airport (BNK), Gold Coast Airport International (OOL) (1 hour drive) or Brisbane International Airport (BNE) which is a 2 hour drive to our Byron Bay Location. Adelaide Airport (ADL) 30 minute drive to our Adelaide Ranch.
Upon your arrival, we will greet you and discreetly transport you to your private residence awaiting your admission.
Alternatively you can arrange to make your way to our private residence where your family can help settle you in with the admission process.

Entering treatment can be a challenging and emotional experience, especially when feeling vulnerable. To help ease your transition, we ensure you are welcomed into a comfortable, supportive environment with ample space to adjust to your new surroundings.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a senior support staff and the on-duty registered nurse. After completing a few preliminary admission procedures, your nurse will perform basic health observations, such as monitoring your blood pressure and temperature.
Your nurse will remain at the residence as long as needed, and always for the first 24 hours, to ensure you feel safe, cared for and supported through this crucial period.
You will be given a tour of your new home and invited to choose the bedroom that suits you best. Our team will assist with unpacking and help you settle in comfortably.
Meals will be thoughtfully prepared for you, and you will have the opportunity to meet your private chef to discuss and customize your menu to your preferences.
Once you’ve had time to relax and enjoy your meal, our doctor will arrive to perform a comprehensive medical assessment and create a personalized clinical care plan tailored to your current needs.
Your care plan is gentle and authentic and will adapt as you progress in treatment, supporting your journey toward healing and recovery.
