Our Comprehensive Aftercare 52™ for Lasting Recovery
It is our Aftercare 52™ program that sets us apart. The difference between relapsing and not, is the support you receive after you leave. You can achieve long-lasting recovery beyond your stay with a solid relapse prevention plan to help you and your family/support network identify your triggers.
Our aftercare program is put together in-house, liaising with your clinical team, carer feedback, and family support network on the basis of your strengths and weaknesses. You’ll have responsibilities and commitments to yourself once you leave. Certain tools and mechanisms shall be implemented upon departure, and we are here to keep you accountable.
Our Aftercare 52™ offers 52 weeks of continued sessions, in-person or online with your Zen Private team after you leave. It’s a program that you help to create, to keep order and discipline as you grow and heal and we are here to keep you accountable.
