At Zen Private, we offer the flexibility to distribute the cost of your program across several payments. If this route interests you, our Intake Team will link you to a reputable finance company adept in healthcare treatment financial solutions.
They are familiar with Zen Private’s clients, and will handle your treatment fees and coordinate a direct payment schedule with you.
Family Support
At Zen Private, we know how important connection and meaningful relationships are. Your support network is always welcome to participate in therapeutic sessions. Visit for a day, night or weekend. The healing work is yours alone, and the journey is yours, but we support you and your loved ones so that when you leave the residence there is understanding and support in a way that didn’t exist before you arrived.

Rooted in our profound commitment to health and wellbeing, ensuring you have support from the first phone call, and every step along the way. We continue support in our Aftercare 52™ recovery program once you leave the residence.
Our experienced team of healthcare and wellness professionals, all experts in their fields, are there to guide, support, and foster your journey of healing from day one.

We can assist you to get to any of our locations, once you decide Zen Private is for you. We can arrange for one of our senior support staff to accommodate you from your home to our private residence and assist you with packing, managing your affairs and serving as a travel companion on your journey to healing.
We will also pick you up from Ballina Byron Gateway airport (BNK), Gold Coast Airport International (OOL) (1 hour drive) or Brisbane International Airport (BNE) which is a 2 hour drive to our Byron Bay Location. Adelaide Airport (ADL) 30 minute drive to our Adelaide Ranch.
Upon your arrival, we will greet you and discreetly transport you to your private residence awaiting your admission.
Alternatively you can arrange to make your way to our private residence where your family can help settle you in with the admission process.

Entering treatment can be a challenging and emotional experience, especially when feeling vulnerable. To help ease your transition, we ensure you are welcomed into a comfortable, supportive environment with ample space to adjust to your new surroundings.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a senior support staff and the on-duty registered nurse. After completing a few preliminary admission procedures, your nurse will perform basic health observations, such as monitoring your blood pressure and temperature.
Your nurse will remain at the residence as long as needed, and always for the first 24 hours, to ensure you feel safe, cared for and supported through this crucial period.
You will be given a tour of your new home and invited to choose the bedroom that suits you best. Our team will assist with unpacking and help you settle in comfortably.
Meals will be thoughtfully prepared for you, and you will have the opportunity to meet your private chef to discuss and customise your menu to your preferences.
Once you’ve had time to relax and enjoy your meal, our doctor will arrive to perform a comprehensive medical assessment and create a personalised clinical care plan tailored to your current needs.
Your care plan is gentle and authentic and will adapt as you progress in treatment, supporting your journey toward healing and recovery.
